Ingredients:

1.Rice
2.Jaggery
3.Ghee
4.Coconut grated
5.Sugar
6.Cashew nuts
7.Curd
8.Cardamom powder
9.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed,add jaggery 1 cup and prepare jaggery syrup.
2.Add
5 tbsp coconut powder,3 tbsp sugar,cardamom powder 1 tbsp,rice flour 1
bowl,1 tbsp ghee,keep stirring continuously without sticking to the
bottom of pan.Cook on medium flame.
3.Rest the mixture to cool for few minutes,transfer into a bowl,add 1 cup curd and mix well evenly.
4.Prepare a thick consistency batter.
5.Take a pan/skillet drizzle some ghee,add scoop full of batter and spread evenly into small size.
6.Repeat the same process,keep fliping it and cook on both the sides.
7.Transfer onto a plate and serve hot..!!!
