Khadoo Koftha Curry

Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya grated 1 cup
2.Curd
3.Lemon juice
4.Besan flour
5.Bread
6.Potatoes
7.Red chilli powder
8.Salt
9.Gasagasalu
10.Turmeric powder
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Corn flour
13.Garam masala powder
14.Onion chopped
15.Green chillies
16.Oil for deep frying
17.Cashew nuts fried
18.Dry coconut powder

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add sorakaya grated,red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp,besan flour 2 tbsp,corn flour 2 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,salt,1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,boiled potatoes mix well all the ingredients evenly.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and prepare small balls,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
4.Keep turning the balls in between and fry till golden colour.Transfer onto a plate.Keep aside.
5.Take another pan dry roast cashew nuts,gasagasalu for few minutes and grind into a smooth paste.
6.In the same pan add some oil,onion chopped,green chillies and saute.
7.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
8.Now take another bowl add curd and whisk it softly,add cashew nut paste and mix well.
9.Add the curd into fried mixture give it a good mix without any lumps.
10.Add 1/2 tbsp garam masala,dry roasted coconut powder,fried koftha balls and give it a fine mix.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot..!!!!
