1.Besan flour 1 bowl
3.Corn flour 1/2 cup
4.Tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Curry leaves
8.Onion chopped 1 cup
9.Green chillies
11.Tomato sauce
12.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add besan flour,corn flour,crushed papads,tomatoes chopped,green chillies,onion chopped 1 cup,salt,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,sugar 1 tbsp,tomato sauce 1 tbsp,curry leaves and mix well evenly by adding water as we needed,prepare pakodi batter.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry.
4.Deep fry till golden colour by flipping on,transfer onto a paper napkin drain excess oil.Serve hot...!!!
