Egg Coconut Curry

Paneer Pasta Curry

Ingredients:

1.Boiled eggs 4
2.Coconut paste
3.Oil
4.Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
5.Tomato puree 1 cup
6.Red chilli powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Onion/ginger/green chilli paste 2 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander powder 1 tbsp
11.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add ginger/green chilli paste and saute for few minutes.
3.Add 1 cup tomato puree,turmeric powder and give it a mix.Cook for few minutes.
4.Add 1 cup coconut paste,some water as per gravy consistency,salt,red chilli powder.Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
5.Add 1 tbsp coriander powder,garam masala powder and mix well.
6.Pinch eggs with a fork and add to the frying mixture,add some water and mix well.
7.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.
8.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot...!!!
