Pesarapappu Ladoo


1.Moong dal 1 cup
2.Sugar 1 cup
3.Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
4.Cashew nuts
5.Ghee as we needed


1.Dry roast moong dal till it changes into brown colour.
2.Off the stove and rest the mixture to cool for few minutes.
3.Grind moong dal into a smooth powder.
4.Add equal quantity of sugar powder,moong dal powder and mix well.
5.Add ghee,cardamom powder and mix well.
6.Take another pan add 1 tbsp ghee and melt it,add cashew nut powder and fry for few minutes.Transfer the mixture into moong dal powder and mix well.
7.Finally prepare laddoos,add ghee in between if need.Garnish with cashew nuts and serve..!!!!
