Pancharatan Halwa


1.Radish grated
2.Sorakaya grated
3.Sweet potato
4.Carrot grated
5.Dry coconut powder
6.Cashew nuts
11.Cardamom powder


1.Take a bowl add 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
2.Fry cashew nuts,pistha crushed for few minutes and transfer into a small bowl.
3.In the same pan add carrot grated 1 cup,sweet potato 1 cup,dry coconut powder 1 cup,sorakaya grated 1 cup,radish grated mix well all the ingredients evenly and fry.
4.Take another pan pour 1 cup sugar,1 cup water and bring it to boil,prepare sugar syrup
5.Add cardamom powder in sugar syrup,fried ingredients and give it a mix.
6.Cook till it attains thick consistency,we can add food colour if necessary its optional.
7.Cook on medium flame and keep stirring without sticking to bottom of pan.Add cashew nuts and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot..!!!!
