1.Kooramenu fishes
2.Onion chopped
3.Tamarind juice
4.Red chilli powder
5.Salt to paste
6.Coriander leaves
7.Dry coconut powder
8.Fenugreek seeds
10.Coriander seeds
11.Green chillies
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Garlic cloves
14.Cumin seeds
15.Turmeric powder


1.Take a pan dry roast cumin seeds 2 tbsp,coriander seeds 2 tbsp,fenugreek seeds 1/2 tbsp for few minutes till fragrant.
2.Grind 1 big onion fried,dry coconut,black cloves,cinnamon stick,garlic cloves 4-5 into a smooth paste.
3.Take a pan pour 1/2 cup oil and heat it.
4.Add onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies 4-5 saute till golden.
fish bowl add turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 3 tbsp,salt,3
tbsp ginger garlic paste mix well evenly all the ingredients with fish
6.Add grinded paste mixture to the fried onions and give it a mix.Fry till it becomes brown colour.
7.Add marinated fish pieces in mixture and toss well.Fry for 5 minutes,add tamarind juice and bring it to boil.
8.Cover and cook for few minutes till tender,keep stirring in between till it attains thick consistency.
9.Off the stove and transfer into a bowl,sprinkle some coriander leaves...!!!serve hot..!!!
