Munagaaku Kurma

Ingredients:

1.Munagaku (Drum stick leaves)
2.Ginger chopped
3.French beans
4.Turmeric powder
5.Green chillies
6.Lemon juice
7.Pesalu soaked
8.Curry leaves
9.Mustard seeds
10.Salt to taste
11.Asofetida (Inguva)
12.Carrot grated
13.Cumin seeds
14.Garlic cloves
15.Sesame oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add carrot grated 1 cup,1 cup pesalu soaked and saute for few minutes.
3.Add
drum stick leaves 1 bowl,ginger chopped 1 tbsp,green chillies 2
tbsp,turmeric powder a pinch and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
4.Cover and cook on medium flame,take another small pan for tempering process.
5.Add
mustard seeds,cumin seeds,1/2 garlic cloves,asofetida 2 pinches,curry
leaves saute till they start spluttering.Transfer into the fried mixture
and give it a mix.Serve hot...!!
