1.Coconut grated
3.Salt to taste
4.Turmeric powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Fried chana dal powder
7.Coriander powder
8.Coriander leaves
9.Ginger garlic paste


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 1 cup coconut grated,putnala powder 1 cup,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder as we needed,salt to taste,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander leaves and mix well with some water as we needed,prepare a stiff dough to make koftas.
3.Prepare round koftas in your desired sizes by greasing some oil on your palms.
4.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry till light golden colour transfer onto a paper napkin and set aside.Serve hot..@!!
