Sweet Corn Bobbatlu


1.Wheat flour
3.Jaggery grated
5.Sweet corn soaked and boiled,grinded
6.Cardamom powder


1.Prepare a soft dough by mixing maida,wheat flour and some water as we needed.
2.Take a bowl add 1 cup sweet corn paste,1/2 tbsp cardamom powder,1 cup jaggery grated and mix well evenly.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare chapthi by greasing some oil on flat surface.
4.Now place the sweet corn paste in chapathi and enclose the edges tightly.
5.Roll it gently into a chapathi,heat a flat pan/skillet drizzle some oil and spread evenly.
6.Place it on pan and cook evenly on both the sides by flipping.Transfer onto a plate,serve hot..!!!
