Dosaginjala Karam

Ingredients:

1.Dosaginjalu
2.Garlic cloves
3.Chana dal
4.Gasagasalu
5.Curry leaves
6.Dry red chillies
7.Salt to taste
8.Urad dal

Preparation:

1.Dry roast 1/2 cup dosaginjalu for few minutes till they change in light brown colour.
2.In the same pan dry roast 1 tbsp chana dal,1 tbsp urad dal for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.
3.Dry roast gasagasalu 2 tbsp for few minutes,keep aside.
4.Dry roast curry leaves,dry red chillies 5-6 for few minutes.Keepaside.
5.Grind all the ingredients with salt,garlic cloves into a smooth powder.Serve hot with rice & ghee..!!@@@
