Mamoos

Ingredients:

1.Cabbage
2.Carrot
3.Onions
4.Green chillies
5.Maida
6.Salt
7.Oil

Preparation:

1.Prepare a smooth with maida by adding some salt and required amount of water,rest aside the dough for 15 minutes.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,green chillies and saute for a minute.
3.Add carrot grated,cabbage finely chopped and fry till raw smell goes off.
4.Add some salt,coriander leaves and stir fry for few minutes.Once done rest aside the mixture to cool down.
5.Divide
the dough into small equal portions and roll into a smooth thin
chapathi,stuff the mixture and wrap around the edges like a
packet.Repeat the same process for other mamoos.
6.Grease idli plates
with some oil and place the mamos,steam cook for 15 minutes till
done.Serve hot with ketchup of red chillies paste.
