Munnakada Paneer Curry

Ingredients:

1.Munnakada (Drum stick)
2.Paneer cut into cubes
3.Cashew nut paste
4.Turmeric powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Cashew nuts
8.Garam masala powder
9.Onion chopped
10.Coriander powder
11.Egg omlette pieces
12.Coriander leaves
13.Ginger garlic paste
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 5 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add onion chopped 1 cup and saute till golden.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,drum stick pieces and mix well.Cover and cook on medium flame.
4.Take another pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Add panner cubes and deep fry till golden colour.
6.Add turmeric powder,2 tbsp red chilli powder,1/2 tbsp garam masala powder and mix well.
7.Add 1 cup cashew nut paste,salt and some water as we needed for gravy consistency.
8.Add some coriander leaves,cover and cook for 10 minutes.Finally add fried paneer cubes  and give it a good stir.
9.Add omelette pieces,sprinkle some coriander powder,cover and cook for few minutes.
10.Off the stove and transfer into a plate,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!!
