1.Take a bowl add maida 1 cup,1 tbsp ghee,some water as we needed to prepare a smooth dough.Rest the dough for 1/2 hour.
2.Divide the dough into small equal portions,roll them into small size chapathis.
3.Take another pan pour some ghee and melt it.
4.Fry the rolled chapathis in ghee and transfer onto paper napkin.
5.Take another pan add 1/2 cup sugar,kova 1/2 cup,cardamom powder 1 tbsp,cashew nut powder 1 1/2 tbsp and some water as we needed and bring it to boil.
6.Mash the fried chapathis into pan and mix well till it becomes thick in consistency.Transfer into a greased plate(ghee) spread evenly.
7.Sprinkle some badam grated on barfi and cut into desired shapes.
