Keema Carrot Idly


1.Idly batter
2.Booiled keema
3.Carrot grated
4.Ginger chopped
5.Garlic cloves
6.Salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder
8.Grreen chillies
9.Whole garam masala
10.Coriander leaves
11.Pudina leaves


1.Grind 1 tbsp ginger chopped,garlic cloves 4-5,whole garam masala,coriander leaves 1 cup,pudina leaves 1 cup.green chillies 4-5,salt to taste into a smooth paste.Keep aside.
2.Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and fry boiled keema,turmeric powder,salt for few minutes till it changes into brown colour.
3.Add grinded paste in keema and give it a mix.Fry for few minutes till it evenly cooks.
4.Add keema mixture,carrot grated 1/2 cup in idly batter and mix well,we can add some water depending upon consistency we need.
5.Take idly cooker pour some water,grease some ghee to idly moulds and scoop some batter.
6.Cook for about 10-15 minutes.Off the stove and remove the idlies into a plate,serve hot..!!!
