1.Mutton keema
2.Fenugreek leaves
4.Coriander leaves
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Cumin powder
7.Turmeric powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Green chillies


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cloves,cardamom,onions and saute till brown colour.
2.Add green chillies,ginger garlic paste and fry,add mutton keema and mix well.
3.Cover and cook for few minutes moisture oozes out from keema.
4.Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Add fenugreek leaves and mix well,cover and cook for another few minutes till leaves are tender.
6.Add cumin powder and stir well,add some water as required and boil it by covering a lid.Cook till done.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
