2.Lemon juice
3.Cumin powder
4.Turmeric powder
5.Cashew nuts
6.Garlic paste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Curry leaves
10.Urad dal
11.Salt to taste
12.Dry red chillies

1.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and fry brinjals for few minutes till they change in colour,cooked fully.
2.Transfer into a plate,in the same pan add dry red chillies 2.urad dal 1 tbsp,curry leaves,onion chopped 1 cup,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
3.Mean while take a small bowl add 2 tbsp cumin powder,2 tbsp red chilli powder,2 tbsp ghee,salt mix well and prepare a smooth paste.
4.Add red chilli powder to the fried onions and saute.
5.Cut and slit the fried brinjals and fill with red chilli paste,add brinjals,garlic paste 1 tbsp in onions and cook for five minutes.
6.Finally add 2 tbsp lemon juice and transfer into a plate,garnish with cashews nuts.Serve hot..!!!
