Capsicum Keema Curry

Ingredients:

1.Keema boiled with ginger garlic,turmeric powder cook for 3 whistles
2.Red chilli powder
3.Pudina
4.Green chillies
5.Coriander leaves
6.Coriander powder
7.Tomato puree
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Capsicum chopped
10.Garam masala powder
11.Onion chopped
12.Curry leaves
13.Oil
14.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
2.Add curry leaves,green chillies2-3,onion chopped 1/2 cup saute till light golden colour.
3.Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,capsicum chopped 1 cup and mix well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
4.Add boiled keema 1 cup.2 tbsp red chilli powder,salt,tomato puree and mix well.
5.Cook
for few minutes on medium flame,add coriander powder 1 tbsp,garam
masala powder 1 tbsp.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.
6.Sprinkle some coriander leaves,pudina,off the stove,transfer into a bowl.Serve hot..!!!
