Gulab Jam(Carrot)

Ingredients:

1.Carrot grated boiled and squeezed excess water
2.Corn flour
3.Ghee
4.Kova
5.Dry Fruits
6.Cardamom powder
7.Sugar candy
8.Pistha
9.Sugar

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add carrot grated 1/2 cup,1/2 cup kova,corn flour 3 tbsp and mix well evenly.
2.Take another bowl,add some water for preparing sugar syrup.Add 1/2 cup sugar.Add cardamom powder and off the stove.
3.On another stove heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Stuff pista,sugar crystals in ball and keep aside.
5.Deep fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown colour.
6.Transfer the fried balls in sugar syrup.
7.Fry dry fruits in oil/ghee till golden colour,transfer into jamoons.Serve hot..!!!
