Banana Pongal

Ingredients:

1.Banana pieces
2.Jaggery grated
3.Badam
4.Kismis
5.Cashew nuts
6.Cardamom powder
7.Rice
8.Ghee
9.Milk

Preparation:

1.Take a pressure pan add rice 1 cup,banana pieces 1 cup,some water as we needed,cook for 2-3 whistles.
2.On another stove take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and melt it.
3.Fry cashew nuts,kismis,badam till light golden,kismis till it puffs up.Transfer into a small bowl.
4.Take a pan pour 1 bowl of milk and bring it to boil.Add cooked rice in it and give it a mix.Cook for few minutes.
5.Add 1 cup jaggery grated and give it a mix,keep stirring till jaggery melts evenly.
6.Finally add fried dry fruits,1 tbsp cardamom powder and give it a mix.
7.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with fried dry fruits.Serve hot..!!!
