Chicken Keema Kofta

Ingredients:

1.Chicken
2.Besan flour
3.Chat masala powder
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Boiled eggs
6.Oil
7.Corn flour
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Coriander leaves
11.Egg yolk

Preparation:

1.Grind chicken 1 cup,1 tbsp besan flour,1/2 tbsp chat masala powder,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp red chilli powder,salt to taste into a smooth paste.Transfer into a plate.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Coat the boiled eggs with some corn flour.
4.Take small amount of chicken mixture in your palms and prepare small chapathi shape,place the coated egg in it and close it gently.
5.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry,keep rotating the eggs and fry till golden colour.Cut the fried eggs into 2 halves and sprinkle some chat masala powder,coriander leaves.Serve hot..!!!
