Kobbari Kodi Keema Kura

Ingredients:

1.Chicken leg pieces 5
2.Chicken keema
3.Kismis
4.Cinnamon stick
5.Coriander leaves
6.Black cloves
7.Oil
8.Badam
9.Green chillies
10.Red chilli powder
11.Coconut grated
12.Ghee
13.Egg 1
14.Salt to taste
15.Curd
16.Ginger garlic paste
17.Turmeric powder
18.Onion chopped
19.Garam masala powder

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add chicken leg pieces,1 tbsp curd,salt 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,egg 1 mix well all the ingredients together and keep aside.
2.Take a pan pour 5-6 tbsp oil and heat it.
3.Add cinnamon stick small inch pieces,cloves 4-5,badam 1/2 cup,kismis 1/2cup fry for few minutes.
4.Add onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies 4-5 cut and slitted,add turmeric powder,salt to taste.Fry till onions get cooked.
5.Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
6.Add 1 bowl chicken keema,red chilli powder and saute for a minute,cover and cook for 2 minutes.
7.Now add marinated chicken leg pieces in chicken keema and give it a mix.
8.Cover and cook till done,add garam masala powder 1 tbsp,coconut grated 1 cup,1 tbsp ghee and give it a mix.
9.Add some water as we needed,cover and cook for 2 more minutes till it cooks completely.
10.Transfer into a plate,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot...!!!
