Rajma Chicken Curry


3.Coconut milk
4.Corn flour
5.Tomatoes chopped
6.Coriander powder
7.Turmeric powder
8.Ginger garlic paste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Garam masala powder
13.Onion chopped
14.Tempering seeds
16.Coriander leaves


1.Take a bowl add 250 gms chicken,salt a pinch,turmeric powder a pinch,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 1/2tbsp,corn flour 1 tbsp,oil 2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,1 egg and mix well evenly.
2.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
3.Slowly drop the marinated chicken in oil and deep fry till golden brown colour and keep aside.
4.Take another pan pour 5 tbsp oil and heat it.
5.Add tempering seeds,onion chopped 1 cup,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,1 cup boiled rajma and saute for few minutes.
6.Add tomatoes chopped 1 cup,coriander leaves and give it a good mix.
7.Cook till tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
8.Add 1 tbsp coriander powder,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,fried chicken,1 cup coconut milk and bring it to boil.
9.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with cucumber,coriander leaves.Serve hot..
