Fish Ball Curry

Fish Ball Curry

Ingredients:

1.Fish pieces
2.Tumeric powder
3.Ginger garlic paste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Tamarind juice
6.Oil
7.Salt to taste
8.Pudina
9.Garam masala powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Tomato puree roughly mashed
12.Onion green chilli paste
13.Corn flour
14.Coriander leaves
15.Onion chopped

Preparation:

1.Grind fish pieces with salt,turmeric powder a pinch,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coriander powder 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,corn flour 2 tbsp into a smooth paste.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and prepare round balls.
4.Slowly drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till golden brown colour by rotating the balls.
6.Take another pan pour 5-6 tbsp oil and heat it,add onion chopped 1 cup,1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 cup tomatoes and saute.Fry for few minutes.
7.Add onion green chilli paste 2 tbsp,tamarind juice 2 tbsp and mix well.
8.Add red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp and give it a mix.Finally add fried fish balls and cook for 2 minutes.
9.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with lemon,tomato slices.Serve hot..!!!
