1.Rice flour
3.Sesame seeds
4.Peanuts roasted
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Chana dal soaked
8.Onion chopped
9.Peanut powder
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a bowl add 3 cups rice flour,1 cup maida,2 tbsp roasted peanuts,sesame seeds 1 tbsp,chana  dal soaked 2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt,peanut powder 1/2 cup,onion chopped 1/2 cup and mix well all the ingredients evenly with water.Prepare a dough.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Grease a plastic cover with some oil and take small amount of dough in your palms and prepare small size thin layered chapathi.
4.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin.Serve hot..
