Saggubiyyam Punugulu

Ingredients:

1.Saggubiyyam (Sagoo)
2.Maida
3.Onion chopped
4.Salt to taste
5.Curd
6.Cooking soda
7.Cumin seeds
8.Curry leaves
9.Green chillies
10.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add saggubiyyam 1 cup,curd 2 cups,maida 2 cups,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies,curry leaves,salt,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,cooking soda a pinch mix well all the ingredients with curd.Rest the mixture for 5 hrs.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil like round balls,deep fry.
4.Fry till golden colour and transfer into a paper napkin.Serve hot..!!
