Papaya Pachadi

Ingredients:

1.Raw papaya pieces
2.Tamarind pulp
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Mustard powder
7.Curry leaves
8.Oil
9.Tempering seeds
10.Garlic cloves
11.Inguva (Asofetida)
12.Fenugreek seeds

Preparation:

1.1.Raw papaya pieces
2.Tamarind pulp
3.Salt to taste
4.Red chilli powder
5.Turmeric powder
6.Mustard powder
7.Curry leaves
8.Oil
9.Tempering seeds
10.Garlic cloves
11.Inguva (Asofetida)
12.Fenugreek seeds

Preparation:

1.Take
a bowl add 1 cup raw papaya pieces,add 2 tbsp tamarind pulp,turmeric
powder ½ tbsp,salt to taste,red chilli powder 2 tbsp,mustard powder 1
tbsp,fenugreek powder 1 tbsp,garlic cloves 5-6.

2.Mix well all the ingredients evenly,keep aside.
3.Take a pan pour 3-4 tbsp and heat it.
4.Add tempering seeds 1 tbsp,dry red chillies 4-5 slitted,fenugreek seeds ½ tbsp,curry leaves,saute for few minutes.
5.Off the stove,add ½ tbsp inguva(asofetida) and mix well
6.Finally add tempering mixture into papaya pickle and give it a fine mix.Rest the mixture for 3 days.Serve..
