Kobbari Paala Sambar

Ingredients:

1.Toor dal
2.Coconut milk
3.Red chilli powder
4.Coriander leaves
5.Curry leaves
6.Sugar
7.Tamarind juice
8.Tomatoes chopped
9.Salt to taste
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Tempering seeds
12.Oil
13.Garlic cloves
14.Dry red chillies
15.Onion chopped
16.Turmeric powder



Preparation:

1.Pressure
cook toor dal 1 cup,tomatoes chopped 1 cup.onions chopped ½
cup,turmeric powder a pinch,salt and some water as we  needed to coook
the dal.

2.Add
tamarind juice 1 cup,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,red chilli powder ½
tbsp,sugar ½ tbsp and some water as we needed for sambar consistency.Mix
well.

3.Bring it to boil,add 1 cup coconut milk and give  it a stir.Keep aside
4.Take another pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
5.Add
garlic cloves 1 tbsp,dry red chilllies 3-5,tempering seeds 1 tbsp,onion chopped 1/2 cup and give it a mix.Saute for few minutes till they
start spluttering.Finally transfer the mixture into sambar and give it a
quick stir.Bring it to a boil.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with
coriander leaves.
