Prawns Dum Biryani


Ingredients:


1.Prawns
2.Green chillies
3.Coriander leaves
4.Oil
5.Curd
6.Garam masala powder
7.Ghee
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Whole garam masala
12.Fried onions
13.Salt to taste
14.Pudina
15.Cardamom powder
16.Basmati rice


Preparation:

1.Take a pan add 4-5 tbsp  oil and heat it.
2.Add
green chillies cut and slitted,whole garam masala,fried onions 2
tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,some water as we needed and bring it to
boil.

3.Take another pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
4.Add 1 tbsp fried onions,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,add prawns 1 cup,
saute for few minutes.
5.Add soaked basmati rice in boiling water and give it a mix.
6.Add
½ tbsp cardamom powder,coriander powder ½ tbsp,garam masala powder ½
tbsp,coriander leaves,red chilli powder ½ tbsp,salt to taste,curd 3 tbsp
and mix well.

7.Cook for 5-10 minutes till prawns are completely cooked.
8.Off the stove and transfer the prawns mixture in cooked rice and give it a mix.
9.Sprinkle 1 tbsp lemon juice,coriander leaves and cover it for 2minutes.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with fried brown onions.Serve hot..
