Fish Dum Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Basmati Rice’
2.Green chillies
3.Cardamom powder
4.Salt to taste
5.Oil
6.Garam masala powder
7.Kasoori Methi Powder
8.Pudina
9.Whole garam masala
10.Onion chopped
11.Cashew nuts
12.Fried onions
13.Red chilli powder
14.Coriander leaves
15.Ginger garlic paste
16.Curd
17.Lemon juice
18.Coriander powder
19.Ghee
20.Fish pieces

Preparation:


1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed and bring it to boil.
2.In
another cooking pan add fish pieces,add ginger garlic paste 1
tbsp,garam masala powder ½ tbsp,green chillies 2,fried onions 2
tbsp,kasoori
methi ½ tbsp,lemon juice 1 tbsp,cardamom powder 1 tbsp,salt to
taste,red chilli powder as we needed,coriander leaves 1 tbsp,pudina
leaves 1 tbsp chopped,ghee 2 tbsp mix well evenly.

3.Add
soaked basmati rice in boiling water,add salt,coriander leaves 1
tbsp,whole garam masala 1 tbsp,ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp and give it a
mix,cook the rice half boiled.(semi cooked)

4.Add red chilli powder 1 tbsp,oil 2 tbsp in marinated fish and give it a fine stir.
5.Cook
on medium flame (marinated fish),drain the water from the rice and
transfer the rice into fish curry in the form of layers and sprinkle
some water.

6.Sprinkle some fried onions,cardamom powder 1 tbsp,ghee 1 tbsp,coriander leaves.Cover and cook for 10 minutes till done.
7.Transfer into a plate,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot..
