Veg Dum Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Basmati rice
2.Ghee
3.Green chillies
4.Fried onions
5.Pudina
6.Oil
7.Coriander leaves
8.Whole garam masala
9.Beans
10.Garam masala powder
11.Red chilli powder
12.Coriander powder
13.Boiled cauliflower
14. Cashew nuts
15.Onion finely chopped
16.Ginger garlic paste
17.Boiled potatoes
18.Cardamom powder
19.Curd

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some water as we needed and bring it to boil,cover with a lid.
2.In another cooking pan add semi cooked vegetables carrot,cauliflower,potatoes,beans all in equal quantities,whole garam masala 1 tbsp,fried onions 1/2 cup,cashew nuts 2 tbsp,coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp,pudina leaves 2-3 tbsp,green chillies cut and slitted 2-3,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,ghee 3 tbsp,curd 1/2 cup,red chilli powder,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly.Rest the mixture aside for 5-10 minutes.
3.Add soaked rice to the boiling water,add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,coriander leaves 1 tbsp,whole garam masala 1 tbsp and give it a stir.
4.Add cardamom powder 1 tbsp to vegetables,add semi cooked rice into layers in marinated vegetables.
5.Sprinkle some water from top to cook the vegetables.
6.Add 1 tbsp ghee,1 tbsp cardamom powder,fried onions,coriander leaves.Cover and cook for 10 minutes till done.Transfer into a plate,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
