2.Coconut powder
4.Salt to taste
5.Turmeric powder
6.Lemon juice
7.Cumin seeds

8.Coriander powder
9.Dry red chillies
10.Red chilli powder
11.Garam masala powder
12.Mustard seeds
13.Ginger garlic paste


a bowl add keema,a pinch of turmeric powder,red chilli powder ½
tbsp,salt,coriander powder ½ tbsp,garam masala powder ½ tbsp,ginger
garlic paste ½ tbsp ands mix well all the ingredients evenly and grind
into a paste.

2.Prepare round balls from the grinded mixture by greasing some oil on your palms,keep aside in a plate.
3.Take another pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
4.Gently place the mutton balls in pan,cover and cook for few minutes.
5.Cook until the water oozes out from the balls.
6.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,fry till golden colour and transfer onto a paper napkin.
7.In the same pan add 1 tbsp cumin seeds,mustard seeds 1 tbsp,dry red chillies 3-4, saute for a minute.
the stove,add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder 2
tbsp,salt,turmeric powder ½ tbsp,garam masala powder ½ tbsp,coriander
powder 1 tbsp,dry coconut powder and saute.

9.Finally add fried balls and saute,transfer onto a plate.Serve hot with rice.
