Dondakaya Masala Curry

Ingredients:

1.Dondakayalu
2.Jaggery
3.Sesame powder
4.Pudina
5.Tamarind
6.Red chilli powder
7.Curry leaves
8.Cumin,fenugreek powder
9.Garam masala powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Dry coconut powder
12.Cumin seeds
13.Salt to taste
14.Oil
15.Onion chopped
16.Ginger garlic paste
17.Turmeric powder
18.Mustard seeds

Preparation:

1.Grind 2 tbsp sesame powder,coconut powder 2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt,coriander powder 1/2 tbsp,garam masala powder a pinch,cumin,fenugreek powder a pinch,jaggery 1 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,turmeric powder a pinch,tamarind juice 2 tbsp,coriander leaves 1 tbsp into a smooth paste.
2.Take a pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
3.Add cumin/mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp,curry leaves,pudina leaves,onion chopped 1 cup,turmeric powder a pinch,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp and saute for 2 minutes.
4.Add dondakaya pieces 1 cup,cover and cook for 2 minutes till they are tender.
5.Add grinded masala into the mixture,some water as we needed for gravy consistency and give it a fine mix.
6.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till done,Off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves.
