Ingredients:

1.Chana dal soaked
2.Sesame seeds
3.Salt to taste
4.Cumin seeds
5.Oil
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Roughly grind chana dal 1 cup.green chillies 4-5,salt,coriander leaves,cumin seeds 1 tbsp,sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
2.Transfer the mixture into a small bowl.
3.Now place the mixture on a flat surface covered with cloth.
4.Take small amount of mixture in your palms and place like vadiyalu on surface,keep in sun shade for 1 day and remove it.
5.Take a pan pour sufficient oil for deep frying.
6.Slowly drop the vadiyalu in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin.Serve hot as snack and we can use in other vegetable curries.
