1.Sorakaya grated
2.Salt to taste
3.Green chillies
4.Wheat flour
5.Pepper powder
7.Coriander leaves


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour 1 cup,sorakaya grated 1 cup,salt,green chillies finely chopped 1 tbsp,pepper powder 1/2 tbsp,coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch and mix well thoroughly without water.(Sorakaya is water content so we need not to add water).
2.Prepare a soft dough and keep aside for few minutes.
3.Now dust the flat surface with some flour,divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into paratas.
4.Heat a flat pan and place parata,cook on both sides evenly by drizlling oil/ghee.Serve hot.
