Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Jaggery
3.Gasagasalu
4.Dalda
5.Cooking soda
6.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add 1 cup maida,jaggery grated 1/2 cup,cooking soda a pinch,dalda 2 tbsp and mix well all the ingredients with water and prepare a soft dough.
2.heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Add roasted gasagasalu 2 tbsp in dough and give it a mix.
4.Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into puris with puri presser by greasing some oil.
5.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour on both the sides evenly.Serve hot
