Muvva Beerakaya

Ingredients:

1.Beerakayalu boiled
2.Gasagasalu,coriander seeds paste
3.Coconut powder
4.Cumin powder
5.Garam masala powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Oil
8.Mustard seeds
9.Cumin seeds
10.Urad dal
11.Green chillies
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Red chilli powder
14.Turmeric powder
15.Coriander leaves
16.Onions chopped

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add 1 cup gasagasala paste,coconut grated 1 cup,cumin powder 1 cup,garam masala powder 1 tbsp,salt mix well.
2.Now stuff the paste into beerakayalu cut and slitted into four halves.Keep aside in a plate.
3.Take another pan pour 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
4.Add cumin seeds 1 tbsp,urad dal 1 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies 4-5,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp,red chilli powder 1 tbsp,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp and saute.
5.Add cumin powder 1 tbsp,garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste and give it a mix.
6.Add stuffed beerakaya pieces gently,cook for few minutes,keep turning the pieces gently and cook on medium flame till done.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot
