Paneer Pasanda

Ingredients:

1.Paneer
2.Tomato puree
3.Oil
4.Garlic cloves finely chopped
5.Green chillies
6.Onion paste
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Tomato puree
9.Coriander powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Red chilli powder
12.Paneer
13.Fresh cream
14.Rose water

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 1/2 cup oil and heat it.
2.Add garlic cloves,green chillies 5-6,onion paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and mix well,tomato puree 1 cup and give it a mix.
4.Add coriande powder 1/2 tbsp,salt to taste,red chilli powder 1 tbsp add some water as we needed for gravy consistency and bring it to boil.
5.Finally add 1 cup paneer cubes and mix well,cook evenly on medium flame till it attains thick consistency.
6.Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well,cook for 2-3 minutes.Add 2tbsp fresh cream and give it a good stir.Off the stove and add 1 tbsp rose water.
7.Transfer into a bowl garnish with fresh cream.
