Palak Moong Dal Fry

Ingredients:

1.Spinach chopped
2.Moong dal
3.Urad dal
4.Red chilli powder
5.Coriander powder
6.Green chillies
7.Onion chopped
8.Coriander leaves
9.Curry leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil
12.Turmeric powder

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add urad dal 2 tbsp,onion chopped 1 cup,green chillies chopped 4-5,curry leaves and saute,fry for few minutes.
3.Add turmeric powder 1 tbsp,1 cup moong dal,fry for few minutes till they change into brownish red colour.
4.Finally add spinach 1 bowl chopped,salt to taste and give it a mix,fry till spinach leaves are tender and cooked completely.
5.Add coriander powder 1 tbsp and give it a stir,off the stove and transfer into a bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
