Bread Koftha Curry


1.Boiled potatoes
2.Bread crumbs
3.Onion paste
4.Tomato paste
6.Salt to taste
7.Red chilli powder
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Coriander powder
10.Cumin powder


1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 2 potatoes boiled,bread powder and mix well.add salt to taste,red chilli powder and mix well evenly.
3.Prepare round balls from the mixture and keep aside in a plate.
4.Slowly drop the balls in hot oil and deep fry,keep turning the balls and fry evenly.
5.Fry till golden brown colour,transfer onto a paper napkin and remove excess oil.
6.Take another pan pour 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
7.Add 2 tbsp onion paste,tomato paste 2 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and mix well.
8.Add red chilli powder 1 tbsp,salt to taste,fry for few minutes.
9.Add coriander powder 1 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp and give it a stir.
10.Finally add fried kofta balls in mixture and give it a fine stir.Off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
