Challa Boorelu


1.Urad dal flour/Rice flour (1glass urad dal,3glasses rice)
2.Green chilli paste
3.Salt to taste
4.Curd (preferably sour)
5.Inguva (Asofetida)
6.Red chillli powder


a bowl add urad dal/rice flour 1 cup,1/2 tbsp green chilli paste,salt
to taste,red chilli powder,curd 1 cup and mix well with water.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil like boorelu and deep fry.
4.Keep turning till they change into golden colour.Transfer into a plate.Serve hot.
