Telagapindi Royyala Fry

Ingredients:

1.Telagapindi
2.Prawns
3.Oil
4.Onion chopped
5.Red chilli powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Cumin seeds
9.Green chillies
10.Cumin powder
11.Coriander leaves
12.Turmeric powder
13.Curry leaves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add
cumin seeds,green chillies 4-5,curry leaves,onion chopped 1 cup and
some salt saute for few  minutes till onion turn into light golden.
3.Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp,red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp,cumin powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well.
4.Add prawns 1 cup and mix well,fry for few minutes till prawns get cooked completely.
5.Add some water as we needed and give it a mix.Bring it to boil.
6.Add 1 cup telagapindi and keep stirring without forming any lumps without sticking to the bottom of pan.
7.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and give it a mix.
8.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
