Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

1.Tomatoes
2.Corn flour
3.Sugar
4.Bread
5.Onions
6.Garlic
7.Salt
8.Pepper
9.Cloves
10.Cinnamon
11.Cardamom
12.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Boil some water in a pressure pan,add tomatoes,onions,garlic,cinnamon,cardamom,cloves and stir well.
2.Pressure
cook for 3 whistles,meanwhile melt some ghee in a flat pan,add bread
slices and fry for few minutes on both sides till light brown colour.
3.Transfer bread slices into a plate,transfer boiled mixture into a bowl and set aside to cool down,blend into a smooth puree.
4.Heat a pan,add tomato puree and boil for 10 min,add salt,pepper powder and mix well.
5.Dissolve
corn flour in water and add to boiling soup and cook for a
minute.Transfer into a bowl,add fried bread slices.Serve hot.
