1.Rice flour 1 cup
4.Sesame seeds
5.Jaggery grated 1/2 cup
6.Cardamom powder


1.Take a pan add 1/2 cup jaggery grated,some water as we needed for jaggery syrup,keep stirring the syrup till it attains thick consistency.
2.Add sesame seeds,cardamom powder in jaggery syrup and give it a mix.
3.Slowly add rice flour in jaggery syrup,ghee 1 tbsp and keep stirring till it forms into a smooth dough.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,add some ghee for extra taste.
5.Divide the dough into small dumplings when the dough is semi hot,take a plastic cover,grease some oil and prepare small round thin layered chapathi shape(ariselu).
6.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry on both the sides evenly in golden colour.
7.Transfer onto a paper napkin and drain excess oil.Serve hot.
