Ginger Aloo

Ingredients:

1.Potatoes
2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Onion paste
4.Maida
5.Corn flour
6.Green chillies
7.Soya sauce
8.Garlic cloves chopped
9.Salt to taste
10.Red chilli powder
11.Oil for deep frying
12.Ajinomoto

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add potatoes,corn flour 1/2 cup,maida 1 cup,ajinomoto a pinch,salt to taste,some water as we needed and mix well evenly.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry,fry till golden brown colour.
4.Transfer onto a paper napkin and remove excess oil.
5.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
6.Add garlic cloves finely chopped 1 tbsp,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp,onion paste 1 1/2 tbsp and saute for few minutes light brown colour.
7.Add few green chillies,soya sauce 1 tbsp,red chilli powder and mix well,add pinch of ajinomoto,salt and some water.
8.Finally add fried potatoes and give it good mix.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with spring onions.Serve hot.
