Kesari Puri

Ingredients:

1.Roasted bombay ravva
2.Fried cashews,kismis
3.Cardamom powder
4.Ghee
5.Milk

Preparation:

1.Take a pan pour 1 cup milk,2 cups water and bring it to boil.
2.Sprinkle some cardamom powder,now add roasted bombay ravva mixture in boiling water and mix well without forming any lumps.
3.Add 2-4 tbsp ghee,mix well.Off the stove,rest the mixture to cool.Add fried dry fruits.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Prepare smooth dough with wheat flour and keep aside.
6.Now divide the dough into small equal portions,roll them into small puris.
7.Place the kesari stuff in puri and enclose it tightly and roll again into a puri,repeat the same process for other puris.
8.Slowly drop them in hot oil and deep fry,fry till the puri starts puffing up.Transfer into a plate,garnish with dry fruits.Serve hot.
