1.Boiled Mixed vegetables (Carrot,cabbage,cauliflower,beans)
3.Chana dal
4.Salt to taste
5.Curry leaves
6.Cumin seeds
7.Mustard seeds
8.Tamarind juice
9.Cooked rice
10.Green chillies
12.Dry red chillies


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,chana dal,curry leaves,dry red chillies 4-5,green chillies 3-4,peanuts and saute for few minutes.
3.Add boiled vegetables and give it a mix,fry for few minutes in oil.
4.Add salt to taste,tamarind juice 1 cup and bring it to boil,cover and cook for 2 minutes.
5.Off the stove,finally add cooked rice and give it a good mix.Transfer into a bowl.Serve hot.
