Kova Burfi


1.Kova 250 gms
3.Dry fruits powder
4.Kesari milk
7.Silver foil


1.Take a pan add 1 cup kova and saute till it melts.
2.Add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well till sugar melts evenly in kova.
3.Keep stirring the mixture till it attains thick consistency,without sticking to the bottom of pan.
4.Add some dry fruits powder,1 tbsp kesari milk and give it a good mix.
5.Transfer the mixture onto a plate and spread it evenly,rest the mixture to cool.
6.Cut into desired shapes and garnish with cashews,pistha.Serve immediately.
