1.Panner grated
3.Garlic cloves finely chopped
4.Garam masala powder
5.Cumin powder
6.Kasoori methi powder
7.Cashew nuts
8.Tomato puree
9.Cashew nut paste
12.Cardamom powder
13.Saffron strands
14.Coriander leaves
15.Fresh cream
16.Cumin seeds


1.Prepare a smooth dough by adding paneer grated and kova,keep aside.
2.Now prepare stuffing inside the dough we need cardamom powder,kova,paneer grated,saffron strands,prepare small round dumplings.
3.Place the stuff inside the dough and prepare round ball.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
5.Slowly drop the kofta balls in hot oil and deep fry,fry till light golden brown colour.
6.Take another pan pour some oil,ghee and heat it,add cumin seeds, garlic chopped,tomato puree 1 cup,cashew nut paste 1/2 cup and saute for few minutes.
7.Add fried cashews,methi powder,saffron,cumin powder,cardamom powder,garam masala powder,milk and mix well.Cook for 2-3 minutes.
8.Now add fried koftas and cook for a minutes,add cashews,mashed kova and give it a good mix.
9.Off the stove and garnish with saffron strands,coriander leaves,fresh cream.Serve hot.
