Carrot 65

Ingredients:

1.Carrot
2.Onion chopped
3.Green chillies
4.Maida
5.Corn flour
6.Salt to taste
7.Ajinomoto
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Curry leaves
10.Curd
11.Coriander leaves
12.Red chilli powder
13.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
2.Take a bowl add 4 tbsp corn flour,maida 2 tbsp,salt to taste,ajinomoto mix well with some water,prepare mirchi bajji batter.
3.Add carrot pieces in batter,slowly drop them in hot oil like pakodas and deep fry,fry till light golden brown.
4.Take another pan pour some oil and heat it.
5.Add green chillies 5-6 cut and slitted,ginger garllic paste 1 tbsp,onion chopped 1/2 cup and saute.
6.Add 1/2 cup curd,red chilli powder,salt to taste,a pinch of salt and mix well.
7.Finally add fried carrot and give it a fine mix,Cook for 2-3 minutes.Sprinkle some coriander leaves.
8.Transfer into a bowl,serve hot.
